The City of Beverly and the Veterans of Beverly and MC David Perinchief, Veterans Agent for the City of Beverly held there Annual Veterans Day Program this year at the new Vietnam Veterans Memorial at Ellis Square, also this year following the Veterans Day Program, the Dedication for the new Vietnam Veterans Memorial was help, Commander Chuck Clark Provided the program for this historic event here in Beverly.
